ERS Marine was tasked to provide a solution for passenger and crew shower tray units onboard a cruise liner during a busy refit period, who had many recurring issues with wear, maintenance and slip-resistance over the years.

Using our own fast curing system, we incorporate a mesh within a multiple coating system to increase the durability and strength. Benefits include extremely fast cure time, excellent chemical resistance, water resistance and UV resistance at a wide range of temperatures. Reducing downtime significantly whilst easy to clean, emits virtually no odour and cures to a tough, textured, coloured high gloss finish.

• Fast-curing: Cruise ship environments often have limited downtime for repairs. We developed a system that cures quickly and allows you to resume using the shower the same day.
• Slip-resistance: Incorporating a slip-resistant additive which provides a safe environment at sea.
• Waterproof: Marine environments demand a watertight seal. Ensure your chosen repair system is completely waterproof once cured.
