ERS Marine Complete Fast Curing Shower Tray Project For Cruise Line

ERS Marine was tasked to provide a solution for passenger and crew shower tray units onboard a cruise liner during a busy refit period, who had many recurring issues with wear, maintenance and slip-resistance over the years.

Using our own fast curing system, we incorporate a mesh within a multiple coating system to increase the durability and strength. Benefits include extremely fast cure time, excellent chemical resistance, water resistance and UV resistance at a wide range of temperatures. Reducing downtime significantly whilst easy to clean, emits virtually no odour and cures to a tough, textured, coloured high gloss finish.
